Midwest Dairy represents 7,000 dairy farm families across a 10-state region: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. To help dive deeper into consumer trends and the dairy industry as a whole, Midwest Dairy has launched a new podcast, Dairy on the Air. Hosted by Midwest Dairy’s CEO Lucas Lentsch, Dairy on the Air is a series of 20- to 30-minute episodes that feature relevant conversations with dairy farmers, industry experts and others about a variety of topics, issues and trends impacting the dairy community.
